Neck pain from sitting at computer....?
To reduce the incidence of this happening again do these things. Get a chair that is on wheels, swivels, is adjustable, is high backed, and has a lumbar support. Sit with your feet flat on the floor and all the way back in the chair. The knees should be slightly higher than the hips. Your arms should hang easily from the shoulders and not be stretched out to reach the keyboard. The monitor should be at eye level. Every fifteen to thirty minutes take a short break by rolling your head around slowly from side to side. Practice sitting up straight in the chair and when standing.
