Tebow: Will he fail in epic fashion?

Tim Tebow does have the sharpest learning curve of any of the 4 QBs taken. By this I mean he comes from an offense that is the very definition of the spread. In the spread not only does the QB start out in the Shotgun but he has 4+ receiver sets on almost every play. The idea of the spread is to spread the Defense out so that the QB can complete high percentage pes while not having to complete many difficult ones. His throwing motion also needs work as while he has brought it up from his waist he still needs a quicker release as he tends to hold onto the ball far to long a problem NFL Qb Ben Roethlisberger had and still has. This is why he was not projected to go before the other QB's because while he has the potential and the work ethic he is a developmental project and not an immediate impact player.
