Who do I contact to re-new my membership in the Boy Scouts (ORDER OF THE ARROW)?

Calling all Scouts and to all this email concerns: I am former BSA & OA I was tapped out in WA State Camp Hahobas I think it was in 1978 or 1979. Anyway I have went on to do great things. I have been a BSA advisor here in SC. I have helped with Explorer Scouts for the Sheriff and City Police. BSA helped me in the military. I am a former Air Force police Staff SGT and 919th Special Operations Grp Sgt. I was awarded the NDM after Sept 11th and the Expeditionary Service medal in Kuwait. However most of all I want to re-new my ties with the ORDER OF THE ARROW some local troops want leaders and istant leaders for BSA and the Cub Scouts. I no longer have my beautiful sash with the flaming red arrow. It was at my folks house that was before I joined the Air Force in 1984. Now I can no longer find it. I can't even find my certificate or any of my paperwork from the OA ceremony I even had my beads and my small booklets (I think I have one it's missing a few pages) can I get some help?
