What type of veggie can i give my beared dragons?

can i give carrots? See heres the thing...I'm FLIPPING OUTT!! Well my moms car hasnt been workign so right now its in the car shop and its been their for 3 days now!! So my lizards hasnt have crickets in 3 days!!!! OMG I FEEL SOOO BADD! Ive been giving them lettcue. But i dont have much to give them becasue no car = cant go to store. I just gave them lettuce but i wanna give them some more stuff. And im getting crickets tmr, but my beared dragons are like flipping out looks for osme crickets. And their young fyi. Plz HELP!!!!!
