Julius Caesar Act 1 Scene 1?

Caesar is returning from defeating another Roman general. They are accusing the people of forgetting that old Tiberious was a former hero of theirs. They are a bunch of ingrates who cheer for who ever comes along without thinking about what it was exactly they did. It is the underlying fear that supports the conspiracy later that they will make him Emperor without thinking what that means. The Tiber river trembled under the march of old Tiberious when he returned triumphantly from war in support of the Roman people.
