Can anybody build "RIVETED" boilers, or riveted railroad cars anymore?

I was just wondering, with all the talk of welded replacement boilers on tourist railroad steam locomotives, is there any infrastructure for riveted boiler construction (big or small), let alone riveted railroad car construction (I live in a town where we used to build riveted railroad cars up until sometime in the 1980's)? And is it even possible, to build riveted boilers these days, long after the steam era has generally past? Is anybody doing construction of riveted boilers anywhere at all? If anybody can answer these questions, God bless them, and thank you.
