Difference between prices in concert tickets?

idk y some tickets are more then the others but its not just that concert but a lot of concerts have like 2 ticket prices and sorry for getting a little of topic here but the rave omg i have always wanted to go there! do u believe its haunted??? from the stories i heard from bands im still undecided (again sorry for going off topic xD ) and mcr is amazing <3 them
