Pci Question 2?

I recently posted a question about which pci graphics card to get and most of the people who answered reccomended i get the powercolor HD2400 pci card but on e commented that the 64bit could be better i have found another cardhttp://www.ebuyer.com/product/139150 and i was wondering if anyone thought that this one was better and yes i know that pci is terrible and that agp and pci-e have taken over but try telling dell that so im limited with what i can get so any opinions?
