Is Metal getting weird/interesting or what? What is this band?

I heard this song where I thought it was Black Metal, their were blastbeats and 'evil' BM vokills and it sounded very heavy, then all of a sudden the emo-like chorus kicked in 'Who-o-o-o Who-o-o-o and then it was back to blastbeats and some insane lead guitar. The instrumental break was very Floydish and atmospheric and then the blastbeats kicked in again, and then some insane offbeat thrasy instrumental bit and then back to Who-o-o-o! WHAT is this band?
