Is it time for a new form of government to emerge in the world?

What we need is to return to the constitution as written, and allow a limited government that does the job it is supposed to secure the borders, enforce the laws, and run the courts, for it's citizens. Not a government that tries to both regulate, and provide for it's subjects from cradle to grave.
