Is it normal for 7wk old infant with colic to have daily pain/rolling stomach b/c she doesn't go liquid poop?

My 7 wk old infant daughter has colic & in the last 3 weeks she has started not going to the bathroom but is not constipated. I've gone to the doctor regular & ER 1 time & it isn't helping. I have been unable to let her go for the week that they say a fed baby can wait until going poop b/c she is inconsolable with pain if I do. Shes fed, takes simethicone regularly & given glycerin suppositories as dr recc'd up to 2/day but still having pxs. I've tried baking soda & sugar as recc'd for sour stomach. I've tried diluted prune juice as recc'd but it hasn't helped. I try rubbing/pressure on her tummy which she doesn't like, patting back, bouncing, holding, walking, white noise, vibrations, dark room, try diapering & feeding too. When she goes poop, it is liquid but everyday her tummy rolls, she strains squirms and cries & nothing comes out. If I wait 24+ hours to see if she goes, all she leaves is skid marks in her diaper, & is inconsolable day & night. Any suggestions?
