istant so i am always on the go, we are very busy office, my mom says i have way too much stress in my life and that can cause bloating. i am 53 i eat post bran buds, soy mile and a banana for bf., chic salad sandwich on 7 grain bread for lunch and most of the time another sandwich or soup, veg for dinner, and once in a while a popsicle. i went a week with eating only salads and fruit and still looked like this, with exercising daily. any suggestions
