How do i smoke but still p a drug test?

i work at a day care and today at the staff meeting they said they are switching insurance companys and this one says they want to be able to drug test whoever randomly. is there anyway to get out of it? i mean i can quit if i have to but i have really bad nerves and it kinda helps..
