Hi, i have a foxconn 755a01 motherboard, whats the fastest cpu i can use & what limits what gfx card?

at moment i have a an amd 64 3000, my 9800 pro 256 went pop, so i know im on agp. but i dont know if i can use a ddr3 gfx card or even ddr2? what r the limits of the card for both cpu and gfx card. i think its socket 939.
