Dream interpretation??????

Well, from what I can remember, the dream looked like it was filmed on an older camcorder. It was a girl who had found an alligator in her home but it didn't really make her surprised. She just reached out to pet it, saying something along the lines of "Nice gator", followed by it biting off her fingertip. It then cuts out. Me, as a punished serf, wake up on a wooden block. I question where I am, a voice says something along the lines of "You will be punished." A large ax blade then cuts off my foot up to the ankle, where I promptly wake up. I could feel the pain still, 2 seconds after I woke up. Ideas?
