Can I put baby to bed with teether?

My little girl is 3 months old, she sometimes goes to bed with her pacifier. We recently bought a raspberry teether (shaped like a pacifier) and she loves it! So much so that when we tried to give her her favorite pacifier, she cried! lol, anyway, my question is: Can I put her to bed with that teether?
