9 week old baby problems?

My daughter goes through periods where she is fine then all of the sudden she just starts screaming. I check to make sure she isn't hungry, wet, that nothing is hurting her, try to give her a pacifier, hold her, walk around with her, put her in the bouncer, sing to her, talk to her, put her in front of the tv (usually she likes that), rock her (that makes her cry more) & nothing will make her stop. SOMETIMES if I walk around holding her that helps but not usually. These episodes just started about 2 weeks ago. They are only during the afternoon (idk if that means anything). She is also super attached to me. Even when she is in a good mood she wants me to hold her 24/7. She won't even sleep unless she is next to me. I feel like I'm doing everything wrong; like I made her be unhealthily attached to me by holding her soo much & I can't seem to make her happy. What can I do??
